You can say so. Independent studies (well, at least one) has shown it to be amazingly accurate, I believe the term they used was "more accurate than the Encyclopaedia Brittanica" for the terms they looked up. Where it's likely to go wrong are on issues that are hotly debated, especially political ones, where each "side" will edit the last edit to turn it back to their point of view.
I have criticised the article, and suggested something better. The something better, in this case, being an article without that dreadful picture and the "mental retardation" stuff.
So what you want is an article that agrees with your point of view, and damned be the actual medical evidence?
