The time and place of treatment are not the time and place to determine whether a person is to blame for his or her own injury, and if it is suggested that a person should be charged, if drunk, for whatever injury or illness he or she has, and whether he or she caused or contributed to that injury or illness, the stupidity of the idea beggars belief.
