This diet sounds ok but I know I wouldn't be able to stick to it not sure it would be satisfying enough. The high fibre of the cereal the low calories of the salad followed by soup would probably be got rid of quite quickly. Older women would have to be careful of brittle bones with this diet and you would have to make sure to take supplements like vitamin e, d or codliver oil/multi vitamin capsules. Drinking plenty of water makes so much difference to your well-being anyway. Mainly cutting out the bad things like sugar, too much salt and saturated fats and also processed foods can make a difference to how you feel.

I used to make fresh french bean soup I started growing them and found that they were such an abundant crop to grow, I had plenty to make soups with. The only snag was that beans seemed to be on the menu nearly every day or every other day in some form or another!
