Nope...he is rabidly against overpopulation, and is royally pissed at the programs about "19 kids & counting" and "Katie plus 8" and seeing no programs which seriously advocate population control... honest, that's what they're reporting.

(I live about 4 miles from there...always had a notion to drop in myself and nag them about programming. I think I'll not bother.)
