iknow whatyou mean..
a bank promised that they were in the business of making construction
loans...and when i showed up with bluprints and a bid from a contractor they said they didn't have room for any more...

they would probably have jumped at it if i wqs buildkng a mall or....??

so here i sit in the motor home--pissed off and dejected...
