I don't know if this will open up a whole new can of worms but many years ago here in Texas the health department was checking out the Enchilada special at a Mexican restuarant. What they discovered was a large quanity of dog food cans in the dumpter. El Rancho Fido was eventually closed. I hope I can find a song in this eventually even though it might offend someone, somewhere.

I've always wondered if the health department was tipped off by the customers that were chasing cars after dinner. Or was it the fire hydrant outside..................???
