Laurel, he wasn't named for Burger King. He says he knows his name is Benjaman with that unusual spelling and when the hospital said they needed his last name, he just thought of Kyle and gave them that for a surname.

FBI checked criminal and military fingerprints in the USA and he doesn't match any of the millions in the database. Hope someone recognizes him.
