I met Rowan at the National Folk Festival in Canberra this year ( that is me in the photo shown by Sandra above...Rowan is just behind my old mate Jennie G in the photo).

The Science Show featuring Rowan was most interesting ..I heard it recently on ABC Radio and in it Robin Williams played an old interview recorded with Rowan.
It appears that his will be the only known Caucasian skeleton available for scientific and medical research as all the others were either Aboriginal or Indian.

The Indian skeletons were apparently not really indicative of Caucasian ones due to the poor diet in India and hence students will benefit from Rowan's bequest of his skeleton (at least that is what I understood from the Science Show )

A thoroughly decent man.. and sadly missed
