In answer to ddw's question, I just don't know anymore. I haven't listened to any radio stations for ages. I usually make my own music or listen to selected (by me) tapes and CD's. Ricky Skaggs seemed to be making an effort in retaining the old country sound in many of his recordings, but alas he got overun by pressure. I know that music is an ever eveolving thing and i can appreciate that. It would be awful boring if there was never a change.
