Brekky breakthru today, YUM!

Totally satisfying and filling, could hardly finish it, meets all my program requirements. A bowl built from the bottom up:

1 serving soft, flavorless tofu, chopped rice-size (silken non-fridge box)
1 serving fresh grapes
1 serving greek-style yogurt
1 serving splenda on the tart yogurt
1 serving crunchy flakes

Eaten with a small spoon from the bottom up. Any fruit works, even canned. All components healthiest version purchasable here.

Have upstairs supply for home office fridge as well.
