Before we left a friend stopped by, recent kollidge grad from this area. She took one look at The Room (with me not there to skew her reaction) and named a figure about 3 times what I had thought, and gogogogogo was in her voice-- whereas I had been getting cold feet.

She had thoughts about pressures on the local rental market that changed my inner scale of possible tenant reactions.

I'm set for phone interviews Wednesday, showings Friday, reference checks to follow, and move-in around a short trip I have to do the 30th. I held back grocery bucks to pay for the ad (Monday).
