RHUBARB CAKE
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
Cream together
Add- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
Topping
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinammon
1 cup brown sugar
mix
Bake in 9" x 13" pan for 50 minutes
