Um, have you guys ever heard of botulism? Very dangerous disease resulting from food in a can or jar having the botulin microbe in it? If a can was so swollen with gases that it exploded, I would be VERY WORRIED.

The article said they determined that 'there was no cause for alarm,' but there could have been other micro-organisms in that can. There had to be. Those kids needed to be observed for a while.
