It seems the Yettis have a CD of The Musical Heritage of Thomas Hardy . There's no list of tunes, though. Amazon (US) lists the book mentioned above, but no sellers at present. It'd be worth checking occasionally, as things do turn up, or perhaps it's a more common item across the pond.
