I don't think the Nazi comparison would describe it; the notions I have seen being floated include eliminating all kinds of Federal programs like social security, health care, labor laws, banking industry regulations. It would be a hey-day for those who prefer the old-style, Katy-bar-the-door industrialism, and let the pollution fall where it may. In their world the justification for paying people adequately (as demonstrated by Ford Sr.) is that it enables them to become a profitable buying public.
The parallel that comes to mind is the American economy of, say, 1900-1930 or so--robber barons, a huge division between wealthy and poor, and serious pockets of crime-ridden poverty, slums and hobo camps. Business above all else. Gun-toting characters of any stripe.
One difference will be that in the modern age of CRM, databases and internetworking, you won't be able to disappear as easily; they'll know what your name was back in the States, as the song says, and why you moved.
It might also bring about an upsurge in entrepreneurial efforts by young people, which will have some benefits that will off-set the lost protections of an emasculated Federal government. Not enough to avoid some serious social ills, though.
