I promised myself long ago I would only buy HP printers, although I am sure others are good. I would never, ever, under any non-forced circumstances, buy a Dell anything and I hope to persuade others to join my mission. Really awful products and service for what we got for work, and the threat of a big university coming down on them didn't faze them. mg
