What has been said is that the Repubs complain about Obama's deficits but won't admit that the '09 budget was allready passed and handed off to Obama... That is the way the government works... The outgoing administration always has a budget in place for the 1st year of the next president... Seems that minor fact is way over the Bush apologist's heads???
