I was a good girl today...stayed within my points and am just fine with it! I also walked around all day, shopping...mostly browsing...wishing I had taken my pedometer with me today!!!

I found a Kelty child carrier/backpack for taking Jeremiah out into the woods (which we are planning to do this weekend). Normally it sells for $249.00. YOUCH. My mom had offered to go halves with us and call it an early Christmas gift. Well.........she was most pleased when I called her today to tell her that I found the same backpack (last year's model...same deal, different color) for $80.00 at a consignment shop!!!   COOL BEANS! Which makes this a most AWESOME backpack for $40.00 as she still wants to pay for half!!! And an even bigger bonus? I was talking to a friend about a bike trailer (a little buggy that Jeremiah can ride in that hooks up behind a bike) and how I'd like to get one and she told me not to bother as she has one I can have! HOORAY!!!! There is a nice bike trail in town and then there's the Rails to Trails bike path/walking trail...both of which do not allow vehicles (I can't imagine ever taking a bike trailer out on the road...SO NOT SAFE!!!).

Tomorrow a nearby town is having a 10 mile yard sale and a local consignment shop is having all household goods @ .10!!! I'm not sure I need anything but I sure am going to have fun LOOKING! Oh my...it's the hunt, isn't it? FUN!
