I should mention that on the mountain where our cabin is, they are drilling for gas a few miles away (recently we were approached about non-surface leasing) and we had toyed with the idea of leasing it to the gas folks as they are going to be in that area for awhile...decided against it a few weeks ago...but for seasonal vacationers...hmmmmmmmm. :)
