Not quite sure if it's what you're looking for, but I've always enjoyed Schooner Fare's "Scuttlebutt". There's at least one verse about a landlubber trying to pass him off as a sailor.

There's also Camille West's "The Nervous Wreck of Edna Fitzgerald".
