I think it wonderful when someone can cease a habit of long standing, so kudos to OD. I stopped frequent smoking over thirty years ago. Over time I have had, perhaps, half a dozen of those things--although none in the last 13 or 14 years. I never use the words "I quit" with respect to smoking. I may make it a regular habit tomorrow. But I think not.
