A complaint of excessive noise from music events at the Merry Harriers will be considered by Waverley Borough Council on Monday (Sept 27th) at a licence review hearing.
John King comments: The future of music at the Merry Harriers will be decided tomorrow. The council here is taking ONE complaint very seriously, and is deciding whether to cancel all music, or install a noise limiter (effectively the same thing) - or removing the licensee from the licence.
