I've come across a song seemingly called "Children of the World". As far as I can make out, the first words are


Children of the world, it's time to raise your voices,

Children of the world, it's time to join in song...


It's sung by a children's choir, accompanied by a harp.

There seem to be umpteen songs with this title, but I can't see this one anywhere. Can anyone direct me to the words [hard to make out on the record], author, composer, record?
