Subject: RE: Old Time Banjo Goes 'Open Source'
All of my books - The How ans the Tao of Old Time Banjo, A Book of Five Strings, The Outlaws & Scalawags Songbook, The How and the Tao of Folk Guitar and the recently published Songs For Sunday have been released online under Creative Commons licenses.

I keep a directory of my free instructional material at http://dailyfrail.com/free-books-videos/. Since the books are CC-licensed other sites have posted them as well.

I should also add that some of my books have been adapted to work with a braille display.

In addition to the books and audio workshops there are currently 329 video workshops on my YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/Dobro33H

There have been a few attempts at indexing and cataloging my entire body of work, but I have been teaching music over the Internet since 1997 and there is just too much material to sort through. A Google search for "Patrick Costello banjo" (or guitar, ukulele and harmonica) will turn up a lot of links.

Hope this helps.
