I'm following doc's orders-- the great doc I had found has moved back from Philly to here. He does want me to take divided doses (and we are organiing for it as I type).

The best sub-news is that the doc's office is now on email, saving drives and co-pays for tweaking things. I will not be looking for any advice about it here; support and encouragement are appreciated and I wish all here the best.
