The trouble is it could be abused by some, it is hard to know the circumstances with all families. Some are very loving families that can't bear to see loved ones in such pain and distress but there could be some who could twist it to their advantage. Thank goodness not many.

I don't think that I could do it, but then again I haven't been in a position yet where my closest family is suffering.
