Happy birthday, my darlin' Curmudgeon! Wish I could blow the clouds and rain out of the sky and make the day sunshiny for you -- since that won't happen, I'll just have to brighten it up myself.

Told him this morning that after the events of the past year, it's amazing he's not several years older. He replied that he should be at least a year YOUNGER to make up for it.
