Get a free Box.net account, upload your files there, and share by sending links to each file or to the folder they are in. If the people you want to share with each have their own accounts, you can make them collaborators and they will be notified automatically when a new file is uploaded.

I believe ImageShack will do the same for you but without the collaboration feature.
