Dinner over, wasn't Mediterranean, but was filling. Chicken and rice with okra and for dessert a big peach. Bread dough is rising for a regular loaf. Last week I froze half and that worked out very well. I'll try again tomorrow for the pita loaves.

Finishing up some computer work and some casual cleanup this evening. I'm looking forward to finishing that keyhole garden tomorrow because then I'm going to plant it (seeds) and get cool season crops from that and the garden beside my kitchen door (which is badly in need of weeding). I also need to re-weed and plant the new garden down at the curb. There's a lot to keep me busy in the next couple of weeks if we get that much fall weather.
