Good luck. Yes, the ones mentioned above are not cheap, however, there are other lower priced guitars that are still very good. I don't know what your budget is, but check out elderly.com. They have very, very good prices and even some of the Martins are less than $500. Plus, they have a whole selection of guitar makes and prices.
