Spent quite a bit of time scrubbing our tub this morning. Little Baby Jeremiah is ready for time in the actual TUB (with a bath ring and mama) instead of just his little portable tubbie which he is getting too tall for (those little legs just fill it right up!). Anyway, the tub was in ok shape but we have hard water stains....fact of where we live. Last winter we installed a water softener but I couldn't get those stains to budge and they are UGLY. BUT....today I found that Comet and some serious elbow grease worked just fine. Comet, scrub, rinse. Add dry Comet to wet scrub brush making a thick paste, scrub HARD. Rinse. AHAH! It worked! I still have some orange spots but NOTHING like what it was. My tub is white under all of that. Who knew? I don't want my little one going in an orange tub even if I know it's been bleached. Looks good and I feel better.
