When I received instructions on how to run a workshop the thing that struck me as completely incongruous was the recommendation that if you saw a star in the room make sure that you asked them to contribute a song. A star in folk music? How absurd. I joked about it in my first workshop. There are no stars in folk music, just folks and music.
