By the way, Hunter Jones is a LONG-time FSGW member and Getaway-goer -- he and his wife Peggy have been coming to Getaways and singing Gospel songs and other stuff for many more years than Colin and Glyn have been alive! And his Palm Pilot was found -- at home.

Yes, it is good to see such talented and well-known artists as Gordon mingling with us common folk at the Getaway. He's a very shy person, and when he came to a Getaway some years ago at Camp Letts, he hardly participated at all. Then when we invited him 4 or 5 years ago, he really liked it, and has come back (not as an invitee) several times since, last year bringing his wonderful wife Carol Rohl. He says he really enjoys hearing what other people do, and being able to participate without being a "performer." This is incredibly gratifying to us -- we have several folks who have come first as guests and have enjoyed it so much they've returned -- John Roberts, George Ward, and the LaPrelles among them.
