I think this is just a matter of someone who wants to do things her own way no matter asked how nicely or how politely it has been shown to actually be in the best interest of the poster and others who might benefit from such a thread.

It's similar to having a post about child care and have someone ramble on about how they fixed their car. Ummmm.....ok. There's a spot for it, but not on this thread..let me show you where that might work better.

So from where I sit, it's a power struggle kind of thing, someone digging in their heels and not budging because she doesn't want to.

To me, it would make perfect sense to have a thread about strokebrain or a detailed thread about fixing up a space to rent or even another for theology study...that way it would attract others having the same interests.

Anyway...that's just me.

I'm sure there will be hate mail to follow so I'll leave for now too. I do check my PMs and would be happy to chat with several of you that way but this is now month 2, if not more, of someone insisting things be her way instead of taking gentle prods and kind thoughts of still posting decluttering stuff here and starting threads for the other things elsewhere where they may garner the attention and suggestions that might come from interested parties who have been there before. *shrug*
