Alice, I love that image! If you haven't already, why don't you post a link to the Creative Commons license that you can claim for that image? http://creativecommons.org/image/

My neighbor had a very close call last week, and I'm so grateful his wife took him to the hospital quickly. I've started a new thread to discuss the TIA (a kind of passing warning stroke) he experienced, and hope that his example is useful for all of us.

Every morning I've eaten the standard Scarsdale breakfast, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, no spread, and a fresh in season fruit (pears and apples so far). Lunch and dinner were modified or off the chart yesterday, but today is the first day to have the entire day without having to eat food supplied by others. Here's hoping I can get back into some of my good pants and tops sooner rather than later! I'm headed out to mow the lawn, that will be my main aerobic exercise today, though I'll also take the dogs for a walk. Allergies are bad, so I'll add sudafed to my regular zyrtec routine.

The ex stopped by to drop off something and took at look at our son's room here. I've made progress, though he says he hasn't had time to touch the equivalent room over at his house. Maybe this will inspire him to de-clutter. In these instances, we're organizing rather than tossing unless it is clearly trash. Taking control of the kid-portions of our houses. He also saw the crape myrtle limb, agreed it looks very interesting, and had the same thought I do about standing it in a pot of gravel. Great minds think alike!
