In the very early 60s Solomon Burke was a great favoutrite of our little Cleethorpes R'n'B and Blues circle. Such as 'Stupidity' 'Down In The Valley' and 'Cry To Me' were wondeful pre soul-boom anthems. A great character in all respects. RIP Mr. Burke.
