I particularly like fried bread cooked last of all, so it soaks up the juices of the tomatoes and the mushrooms and any other tasty stuff in the pan. The problem then is getting it under the egg which has already been cooked.

And my current favourite is Grapenuts, with sliced banana warmed milk and a dollop of clotted cream.
