Yes Penny, I'm with you on taking advantage of those juices. I don't have the problem with the egg though. Unfortunately, for reasons I don't understand I can not eat eggs that aren't used as part of a mixture e.g. cakes, pancakes, etc. without being sick. I've always thought this a shame because for most of my life, I had free free range eggs available as my mother kept hens, ducks and geese.
