I can't wait till Freya is old enough to really help out. I remember years ago, when I used to bring another child home from school with mine, until her parents got back from work, I used to regularly have little baking sessions to keep them all busy.

Peter came up trumps today and my old kitchen table, spare bed and old freezer are now at the tip. He has taken the chair left by the YMCA to use in their garage den. He also helped me bring down all the loft contents. They are now stacked in Ruth's room and I will go through them tomorrow. All flammable paint and sprays have to come out of my craft boxes, as they are not allowed in storage. I then need to do yet another pruning out and repacking of the boxes so that I will find it easier to store them when I eventually get moved in.

I also got some more stuff to the charity shops in Selby this afternoon.

It feels like an uphill slog, but I am starting to get somewhere...I think.

Weighed myself this morning, and I'd dropped about 3lbs. Might have been a fluke, because I'm not exactly eating sensibly right now!
