We have found our dream house!!! Yup, it's in Wingate, NC just 45 minutes south east of Charlotte...

Has a nice one acre pond... It is secluded at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway... Has room fro veggie garden and lots of woods behind it...

Right now the realtor has a few questions to get answered but if there aren't any spooky answers then we'll probably put a contract on it tomorrow...

Oh yeah, it's MLS#849687...
