Seems that every house we have looked at had at least one geetar in it...

The best thing about this house --- okay, not the best --- is that even tho the P-Vine say's "over my dead body" that there is a place for my 1953 Spartanette trailer/music studio... Okay, it might not make the journey but then again, it might???

Anyway, we both feel good about the house and the land... That's a good thing...

Now fir seein' if we can actually get a contract hammered out...
