I'm basically real stupid so I need some help here. What is the problem with using a special room for special events? I thought that's why we had the thing set up that way?

Let's say we wanted a special performance doncert thing....Its announced with the room name and time on the threads. Or maybe I want a song circle of Antarctican Plumbing Specialists.....I could police it beforehand by not announcing it and inviting by PM or mail all the APS folks without saying a word.
