Go.bat includes an unzip program.
Once you have the files copied into a folder, you should be able to use Run on the start menu to run go.bat in the right folder.
While I have Win95, I always install a new version from DOS since I like DOS a LOT better that win95. In DOS:
copy to a directory, go to that directory, type "go" - very simple.
