Well, we went back today with the P-Vine's son (who is a pool builder by profession) and her daughter-in law (another son) and did another look-see and we still love the place, so...

...just got the documents off the pudder about an hour ago and will sign in the mornin' and drop off (along with a check for earnest money) to the agent on or way home tomorrow, so...
