They also need alarmed anklets to keep them at home and constant supervision over internet and phone use. This needs to be done until they get the message that unless they can behave responsibly, they will have no freedom and no friends."

I agree, Tam....but the *reasons* behind that behaviour also need to be looked into urgently, understood and remedied. Many children today have images, stories and thoughts in their minds these days that were **never** in our minds when we were little. It is grossly disturbing, but what is even more disturbing is that this whole thing is not being dealt with as a matter of supreme urgency.

There are those who will say that bullying is a fact of life, always has been there, always will be and we learn from it. But this is very different. Yes, you will always have the strong trying to be top dog, you get that in all species, but this is now truly out of control.
