We just don't have the sense that God gave a goose when it comes to supervising teenagers..if you don't want bad things to happen, pregnancy, bullying, gangs, drinking parties..you have to supervise the teens..certainly the younger ones. THere should be recreational specialists and opportunities for them to socialize, which there are not too many of. There need to be curfews and dress codes for schools and public transportation at least. We depend too much on hoping they make "good choices" and leave the rest to their peer groups. No adult are in charge in many scenarios. mg
