The subtle difference being that farmers are generally using them on property which they own (or at least rent), for the purpose of managing their business - which is the land and what it produces, whereas petrol-head 'offroaders' use them anywhere they can, for the purpose of burning off both their testosterone overload and their dissatisfaction with their small, underemployed willies.
