As for cell phones, toss it in the back of a police car. Shove it down between the cushions. Or...don't get one!!! Use public Internet terminals, or write letters. Take public transportation.

As for the cameras, wear a hoodie or a hat or cap pulled down low.

Or better still, learn to ignore them by doing things they can't see. Always move in a crowd. Wear clothing similar to a police uniform -- they don't see their own (similar, not identical).
