If egg whites are even slightly undercooked, I sometimes throw up. I found out last year that I'm allergic to egg white. You folks might want to get tested.

Another favorite cereal: Gingersnaps dunked in soymilk.
It's totally decadent, better than chocolate, worse than most packaged cereals. (Sometimes I am truly awful!)
