Nah, gnzer.... It's all kinda up in the air... Ya' see, I've got to selll my farm before I can close on the NC property... I am willing to bet $----- that will occue between now and May 30, 2011... So, whenever it happens, it happens and if it don' then I'm out the $----... So it's like a gamble... Who knows??? The seller may not even take the dough and just keep hopin' fir a buyer who has the cash right now???
